Crimes committed off campus may be subject to the University of Colorado code of conduct. Any student conduct violation or crime that occurs off university property is subject to the Student Conduct Code if the offense "(1) adversely affects the health, safety or security of any member of the university community or the mission of the university; or (2) involves any records or documents of the university".

If you, your son or your daughter are a student at CU and have been charged with a crime, do not accept any plea deal before you know how it will impact your status at the University. Please call me to discuss.
